Driving into Downtown today I happened to spot the old Space Shuttle  mosaic mural on the side of the I-10 embankment of the Smith St exit.  It sure could use a power wash to make it pretty and visible again and highlight the hey days of Houston as the Space City…
With all the efforts spent on putting in modern illuminated bus stops and street maps in downtown, this would have a lot of visual impact, as its a main artery back into the city center.
