I was at Ikea again last night and started to notice nuances on the front end side of their business that show that they are preaching green speak.  They do a great  job at pointing out the little things each of us can do to think and act more consciously about our effect on the environment:

• Notices in the loading zones to Be Green and turn off your car’s engine
• Charging a nickel for each plastic bag at check out
• Recycling of CFL (Compact fluorescent light bulbs)
• Fixing up returned/damaged items and reselling them in the AS IS section for approximately 30% off
