Black Hole Sun over Downtown
A neat feature about this phone camera lens, is that it inverts bright lights- to black.
Houston Recycles
Its great to see the citizens of Houston recycle, and the city is trying to keep up with the pace of the people by offering neighborhood recycling centers now that going green in Houston, is mainstream.
The self sort recycling center located on 3602 Center Street is a great place to drop off recyclable materials (but the bins fill up quickly) to keep the cycle going if the city hasn’t yet started a curbside recycling program in your area.
Time for the City to order a few more large recycling bins.
Are there more ghosts out there?
A few months ago I spied a Pac-Man ghost made out of tiles and pasted on a curb. Today I spotted a couple more. Have you seen any?
West Gray and Montrose – Red Ghost
In front of the Hot Bagel Shop – San Felipe and Shepherd – Black Ghost
The first one I spotted on the corner of Westheimer and Dunlavy
Downtown Houston montage
On a balmy evening bicycle ride to Downtown Houston I snapped these with my trusty phone camera.

The Greatest Show on Earth?
The Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus pulled into Houston this week with their rail cars staged at the depot off Washington and I-10. Is it really the greatest show on Earth?
Tunnel
Taking a stroll across the I-10 pedestrian tunnel. There is a “nice” warm breeze blowing thru the chainlink during rush-hour.
Indian Taqueria?
Heres an interesting food combo. This food joint is Cottage Grove near TC Jester and I-10.
